Zanzibar Digital Attendance

The app enables teachers in Zanzibar to mark learner attendance digitally in an almost real-time manner.
Teachers can also provide reasons for learners absence that integrate with data from other stakeholders and partners to assist in decision-making at the individual learner level.
The project is a partnership between the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training in Zanzibar and UNICEF Tanzania.
